Celeste Prize: Calling Artists

Celeste Prize 2009 is an international contemporary arts prize for the following categories:

PAINTING PRIZE 8,000 euro
PHOTOGRAPHY & DIGITAL GRAPHICS PRIZE 8,000 euro
VIDEO & ANIMATION PRIZE 8,000 euro
INSTALLATION & SCULPTURE PRIZE 8,000 euro
LIVE MEDIA PRIZE 8,000 euro

Entries online by 30 june 2009, 50 euro submission fee

The 46 finalist works will be selected by a panel of international art critics composed of Mark Gisbourne (UK), Adrienne Goehler (Germany), and Victoria Lu (MOCA, Shanghai, China).

The final exhibition and awards ceremony in which finalists vote will be in Berlin, Germany on 26 September 2009 at the Alte AEG Fabrik, 5 Voltastrasse.

Celeste is also a network in which artists and contemporary arts professionals worldwide meet and share work and information.
